Hi mom...

Start with the troubleshooting FAQ's at
http://www.macromedia.com/support/flashplayer.

I'm betting you're using Windows Internet Explorer. Sometimes that can
be tricky to fix for end users.

So one thing that almost always works.. Install the FireFox browser
(http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/) FireFox (and all other non IE windows
browsers) use the Flash Player plugin, which seldom fails to install..

I'm just a stay at home mom with a little boy who REALLY wants to play the
games on all of his favorite cartoon websites, like Nick.com, Nick Jr., and I
can't view FamilyFun.com! It just keeps telling me to install the latest
version, so I do, and then it still doesn't work. It shows the little video
which is suppost to mean that it works, but it only works on the download
screen. Help for the little people! LOL!
