do the necessary troubleshooting

-- Search knowledge base items on that same page for possible technotes.

-- Review forum threads in this forum for existing issues and
discussion. Not all current issues make it into technotes! Forum
discussions are also archived at groups.google.com

-- If you've exhausted your ability to troubleshoot, there is a contact
form on that page. Limited support is available for installation and
licensing.

This form is for Flash Player end users. Flash developers should use
the support contact form at http://www.macromedia.com/support/.

Finally, please, please, please do not email me directly unless I've
specifically asked you to. I appreciate that you are having troubles,
but I cannot answer direct emails. Use the channels provided! That
gives us tracking and accountability.

(There is one exception to the above. If you have gone through the
support forms and received an incident number, but feel that your case
was closed prematurely or not adequately handled then I would like to
hear about it.)
