Okay. first of all Ihave been trying to get this resolved for awile now and I
keep getting the same generic letter about how it can be fixed. I cant fix it.
I need more help.

I have: downloaded, i nstalled, uninstalled, reinstalled change settings,
everything I could possibly do and I cant still get this thing to work. It
willworkon other accounts on my computer just not mine.

After I download I get an error message saying that it failed to register.
This is the same everytime, when I go to macro to check it says it is
intslalled.

Can someplease fix this for me, I cant not finsh or start a web site that Im
am trying to install on my computer without flash player. I need help ASAP.
