I've been having a problem with Flash and Safari that I've noticed mentioned
elsewhere on the Internet, but want to check if there were any recent
developments regarding this issue.

The problem: I've developed a site which using a drop-down menu system. On the
home-page, this drop-down menu overlays a Flash animation. I've applied the
appropriate wmode tag to assure the menu remains on top of the Flash. However,
the drop down menus will flicker as a result of the Flash animation in Safari.
