I've tried updating all my software, fixing the registry, fiddling with Active X controls and everything else I've found on this site and still Flash Player only works sporadically. :( For example: I can see all the flash animations on this site but I can't view the video reviews on http:/...more >>

When I go to the Macromedia main page instead of the latest flash player playing the flash files, I get a quick time Q with a ? mark in the middle of it, but no flash files play. I have uninstalled and re-installed flash and quick time, but continue to get the same result. Any Ideas? Pleas...more >>

I have all the lastest patches from MS, and for some reason, the Standard detection script, fails in IE... but works in fine in Firefox... I know that IE has the correct version of Flash (8), as I can run the application by entering the full URL to the acutal object. So what is going on ...more >>

So far I have asked this one twice in the flash group, so maybe I will try here. The Flash videos on the "Flash" page of the Macromedia site feature a "CC" button that allows the user to turn on or off closed captioning.
