macromedia players flash: Hello all

I have the latest version of flash installed, and am using Firefox and Windows
XP with a LAN connection to internet. When I test my flash plugin at the adobe
"Flash player test" page it says everything is fine, but when I try to play
episodes at http://www.hasbro.com/action/default.cfm?page=video&id=691 , the
playback is stuttered - proceeding for a second or two, pausing for a split
second, then carrying on.

I have set the quality to low and allowed an unlimited cache for flash player.
All other flash content I view works fine, but I haven't tried to watch videos
elsewhere. Is this a problem with the website, my flash player, or is my
computer simply not powerful enough?
