Our internet provider said that the issue we are having with our internet
connection, white screen when website says done, is that we need to "clean our
flash". What does this mean and how do you do it if in fact this is a problem?

There is no such thing as cleaning it.

Perhaps they meant you do a clean install of it (which means completely
remove it and then reinstall it)

Thing is, unless every web site you are looking at 100% flash movie, a
problem with Flash Player should not affect it like that .. you should still
see the rest of your web pages.
