I am so frustrated and mad that I am not able to install flash player and i'm
sure a lot of you guys are as well! I don't know why anybody from adobe is
unable to help when it seems like so many people have the same problem!

Twice trying to download it has frozen my computer, and everything i try to do
doesn't work. There were numerous tips people have posted but none have worked
for my computer!!

I want to email them and give them a piece of my mind but i couldn't find an
email address, and frankly i am to fed up with them to try to look for one.

If anybody knows a real solution to this problem or knows an email address
where i can contact the company it would be greatly appreciated!!

Flash Player support is available via email only, at
http://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer. There is a link halfway down the
page. All received cases get an autoreply (which I updated last week for
clarity and latest troubleshooting steps). If the autoreply steps then fail
for you, simply reply back and we'll work the case.

That said, if you're getting a failed download you might be better off phoning
customer service (http://www.adobe.com/support/service). They'll provide you
with an alternate download location used just for this type of situation.

I have tried all of this but from the UK Support is non existant and only takes
yout to a broken link have been trying for 4 days to resolve this issue
eventually found this site after over 5 hours of searching and guess what not
supported by Adobe, does adobe actually care about its users or are they going
the way of microsoft.

I have even tried to pay for a support case but it only ended in frustration
and another broken link all i want is for the player to work GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRrr

I have the same issue. I sent a long detailed support request (#172715012) and
got an answer that the request had been closed and I should come to this forum
for a solution. What I see here is people with the same problem trying for a
solution. I have installed and ininstalled several times and tried all the
tricks in the support cases for enabling and cannot get version 9 to run or the
activex controls either. I had version 7.x before and it worked ok but when I
tried to upgrade has not worked since.
