It's exactly the problem described
herehttp://www.adobe.com/cfusion/knowledgebase/index.cfm?event=view&id=KC.4a8d52
ae&extid=4a8d52ae&dialogID=34564994&iterationID=1&sessionID=4830d26a18606d745f74
&stateID=0+0+34572189&mode=simple. I've tried the suggested registry clean
sever times, no good. Tried all kinds of unistalls/installs and everything I
could think of.:frown;

Well i wouldnt waste your time emailing Adobe for any help.
I did and got told
"Thank you for your email to Adobe Product Support.

Unfortunately at this time we do not provide email support for Technical
questions that are unconnected to ongoing cases. "

What the hell does that mean?????????????????

it is an ongoing case ????????

i am going to call them and they wont get rid of me till they have sorted it
