Someone tell me if there is any tutorial or code that give me the
www.youtube.com player functionality? . Means movies loaded in swf. I have made
little site where user upload movie and I want it like youtude player where
every one watch that movie?

I am uploading media file like avi, mpeg etc on the server and when I upload
any code or anything that take screen shot from that media and save it on the
server?

Like youtube, When any one upload movie the youtube auto take acreen shot of
that movie and upload it on the server as an image?
