macromedia players flash : Cannot Install Adobe Flashplayer 9

[b]Text[/b]:frown;I cannot install flashplayer 9 under Windows XP, Service Pack
2. I get the following error message:

"You do not have access to make the required system configuration
modifications. Please rerun this installation from an administrators account".

I am logged on as the administrator of this computer. Can anyone help?
