If this issue only on Windows Internet Explorer? If so, please check the
following:

Open the system registry: Start > Run and type in ?regedit?

Select the following key:

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ShockwaveFlash.ShockwaveFlash.9

Do you get an error when you select this key?
