On IE, the player appears to launch
(http://11.static.abc.go.com/?d=20070521&aff=koco&wrapped=1 ABC.com Full
Episode Player), at least up to and including bringing up all the shows. Then
when I pick a show, it says "loading" but never loads.

On Firefox, the entire page is grayed out at the main page at
http://dynamic.abc.go.com/streaming/landing?lid=ABCCOMGlobalMenu&lpos=FEP.

It used to play on Firefox, but I have since changed security and I don't what
setting is causing this. It has never played on IE.

IE: Are you blocking the cookies? Some websites are finicky about that. Check
your cookie permissions. Also, set your security settings to default.

Firefox: If you have Adblock installed, you may have to make an exception for
that site. Also check your cookie permissions.

Try these first.

I am having the exact same problem. by reinstalling macromedia flash player i
was able to get the page in firefox to un-gray however. Now the player will
play the commercials but not ever finish loading the video...this is a little
frustrating.
