macromedia players flash: After reading some of these forums I am now scared to death to pursue this
issue.....I am not very good with a computer, my four year old wants to go onto
playhouse disney and it tells me I need flash player, I install it, but nothing
happens at all.... no error messages, just the logo for flashplayer comes up
and a green and white moving line beneath it....I restart my computer go back
to playhouse disney and it says I still need flash player. Is there any easy
explanation or someone I can talk to on the phone that can go through this
issue step by step with me, give up, or hire someone to help me?

If you are on Vista, then there are few things to try. You want to find the
Macromed/Flash directory, usually under the Windows/System folder or just do a
search for Flash on your C drive. Find the FlashUtil9x application, might be
FlashUtil9c.exe. Right click, Run as Administrator, and it should install it
properly. Make sure you do not have any browsers running at the same time. If
that isn't the case and you are using IE7, go to Tools/Options/Programs and hit
the Manage-Add-Ons button. In there you should see "Shockwave Flash Object".
If it is Disabled, then Enable it and see if that works. Good luck.

and down load flash from here. i had the same problem when i downloaded from
the adobe website but once i downloaded it from the above site it worked
perfectly. xx
