I looked at the Support page about the installation problem for Flash Player 9
and found the problem that I was experiencing. However, I can't open the
"Troubleshooting the system registry issue that prevent the Flash Player
installation (TechNote 400061)" page that's why I don't know what to do. It
says, "We're sorry, you are not allowed access to the service you requested.
If you feel you should have access, please contact the appropriate authorities
and give them your IP address.
Thank you for your patience. " whenever I click the link. Pls. help! Thanks!
