I have low DSL 250kbps (testing @ 220), which is the only thing you can get out
of town. I have been trying to view video/movies/shows on NBC.com but it pauses
every few seconds (obviously getting the stream). Flash Player 9 is being
automatically used here. Has FP9 been made to only service the fast boys?
Surely there must be settings or automatic to do slower (less bandwidth) video
streaming. What is my options.

Actually it is not Flash Player that is only? servicing the fast boys?. It is
NBC/ABC. Their videos are encoded to provide rather high quality video. It?s a
lot of data to stream and your DSL may be too slow for smooth playback. NBC
could provide lower bandwidth streams. You may want to contact them and
request it or look into an alternative broadband internet service provider.
