Depending on the format of the video, you can browse your internet temp files
and save it.
If you are talking about youtube and alike videos, I think that it is illegal
to save them. Otherwise they wouldn't use flash to distribute and play the
videos.

Still if you want info on this, just google, I believe there are companies
that sell software that allows you to do what you want.
