I have a Mac Mini with a PPC G4, 1.25 Ghz, and 256 MB of RAM running OS X
10.3.9 and Firefox 2 for my browser, whenever I try to install Flash 9 it gets
hung up with 4 remaining files to install and after waiting forever I finnaly
end up quitting, I went ahead and deleted my old Flash files and now when I try
to install it claims I don't have the proper permissions(I'm the admin
though)...

I have the same problem on an IMAC G5 with OSX 10.4.8 ! No way to manage with ! I cannot watch any on the net now ... I wonder if ADOBE lessons people ...
