macromedia players flash : Standalone Installation

I have a piece of software that uses some FLASK elements. I want to install
this on a computer that does not have an internet connection. From all the URLs
I have tried to install FlashPlayer from, they require being online in order to
download.

How can I install FlashPlayer on a standalone PC?
