explorer 6 sp1 and firefox 1.5.9 are the only browsers that are both fast and
STABLE on my old 500mhz machine. I prefer to use firefox for better security,
but flash is behaving strangely! Flash items always load but when i scroll up
and down on the webpage the flash images bounce around its very annoying. im
using windows 98se with the newest versions of flash and java installed any
suggestions????? btw explorer and opera do not have this problem but i cant use
either one for various reasons.
