To download and install adobe flash player, I first have to use the exe. to uninstall all old versions. Once done I install and everything works fine. Unfortunatley, the next day I have to repeat the process to get it to work again. Every day! Anyone know what could cause this?
I have the same problem. After a couple of days, I am prompted to reinstal Active X 9, but that doesn't work. I first have to uninstall, then reboot, then reinstall. What a pain. Why is this happening and how can I avoid it? Is there a relationship between the Adobe reader version anf Adobe flash? I was using Adobe reader 5, but now I upgraded to Adobe Pro 6. Maybe that will solve the problem. I am using Pro 6 on my other computer and there is never a request to reinstall.
:disgust; Same fricken problem here and I'm sick and tired of it. Why can't they offer a real solution. The only solution I have not tried is a change of the registry at the risk of screwing things up even worse. Why don't the company responsible for the problem offer a real and easy to implement fix.
