Flash 9 gave me too many problems with IE6. I uninstalled it, using the current
uninstaller.
I deleted the "SafeVersions" in the registry, re-booted. I installed Flash 7.
Re-booted
It works fine until I go to certain web sites, then it automatically downloads

I have been trying to find a version of a Flash player that will run on my
Samsung Blackjack Windows Mobile 5 device. Flash Lite 2.1 works but it will

Every time I need Flashplayer, The media says I need Flashplayer. I go to the
Install Site. It goes through the motions without the download box showing up.
It says 9.0.28.0 is Successfully installed. I go back to the media and it still

This solution is for WINDOWS ONLY!!! Unfortunately I believe it is a bug in
flash itself as I have read more than one instance of this same no audio
problem occuring on MAC'S and LINUX based systems as well. IF YOU KNOW OF

Flash Player 9 removes dcom entries

OS - Win2000 Pro SP4
After installing Flash Player 9, at least 2 entries under the application tab
of dcom are missing. Theses 2 entries are for a 3rd party application. I
uninstall flash player, and they instantly come back. Anyone have any ideas?

OK, I have several .swf files that I am trying to run and everytime I attempt
to run them flash player wants to reinstall then reboot and this happens

I have migrated over to a new PC with Vista Business installed.
Everything was working fine - then I installed ALL available updates. I now

Im running "XP- ired" SP2" with Flash Player 9.
I can't find the Flash Player 9 program to change the open with option of a
file so it correctly opens with Flash Player 9.
The best I get is the Install Helper and well that only installs Flash Player
9 not runs a .swf file and such.

player appears to have no sound when playing videos from finance.yahoo.com. It

After moving the mouse on to Flash content on a web page in IE6 and IE7, it
freezes for a few seconds, and then becomes responsive again. It seems that
when this happens, everything on the page including links and rollover images
