I have tried to install it nearly a zillion times. I have run the uninstaller a
couple times between tries. I am using a Windows XP Home computer.
This is what happens everytime:
~The page comes up
~Security box asks me if I'm sure i want to download.
~ I choose "Install"

Flash 9.0.45.0 on a Mac Powerbook g4 and an iBook g4. Audio is choppy and video
jerky on a variety of Web sites. Downloaded uninstaller, reinstalled, restarted
but the problem persists on both computers. DSL connection. Full bars. QT video

websites to install FP 8 and wont allow me to go anyfarther. I am using Win Xp

Whenever I try and watch an online video the screen is always too dark to see
it properly and there are no brightness settings. Its not my monitor because

Flash player installer failed leaving behind a corrupt registry.
I tried all the fixes on Adobe's web site.
I found the problem to be corrupt registry entries listed here
