If you are unable to perform these steps, you can try and ask someone else to
perform these steps for you.
Restart Internet Explorer and go to
www.adobe.com , if you see the animation
in the top, Flash Player is installed correctly.
If not please Contact Microsoft to check if Internet Explorer is somehow set
up with the wrong security settings for installing Active-X components.
You can also install Firefox at
www.getfirefox.com which comes with Flash pre
installed to sea if Flash works in FireFox and not in Internet Explorer.
We will close this case, as the steps mentioned above should resolve your
issue with Flash Player. If they do not, this issue is not directly related to
the Flash Player but either to corrupted Windows System Settings or changed
Internet Explorer Security settings due to a Microsoft Update.
You can always try and use the Windows System Restore utility to restore your
system to a day that everything was still working correctly, but we do not
recommend this, specifically after following the steps above.
