I had the same problem and corrected it by adjusting my Norton Firewall. I
opened the firewall, configure, programs. Look for Adobe Shockwave Flash
Updater. Mine was set at automatic. When I changed it to "permit all" I was
able to see the home page. Hope this works for you.
