When I mouse over buttons in various Flash movies, the pointer takes a second
to change to the hand cursor and also pauses the whole movie for that time.
Then things run smoothly until I mouse to the next button.

I have used the Flash uninstaller, checked a page to make sure Flash didn't
load, then installed the Flash player again. I get the same results. I have
also turned off the Aero theme.

Another thing I just noticed about this is that right after the movie loads and
plays, I am able to smoothly mouse over buttons without this problem for about
five seconds. Then the problem starts. This happens on various movies,
different sites, and also movies and buttons that I create myself. Within the
first five seconds, there is even animation playing when things are working
correctly.

I have installed my latest audio and graphic drivers.
