When I try to play a flash video, only the first 2 seconds will play with
video, but no sound, and if I scroll to another spot in the video it does the
same thing. I've tried using firefox and IE, but both show the same problem.

I wrote to flash player, and they refered me to the forums. unfortunately, no
one was able to give advice for having no sound. I found the topic addressed in

which has flash imbedded into it, an error will pop up saying Internet Explorer

it dont matter what web browser i use in OS X 10.4.9 flash bog's down the web
browser like its was being ran on a 90mhz machine. shockwave play's smooth as
silk and dont bog the browser down at all.
