Mine doesn't work either. I've installed, uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted,
changed my internet settings, etc. I get the message that installation was
successful. IT JUST DOESN'T WORK! Sure would appreciate some help. Thanks.

I have the same problem. I suspect it to be a registry issue. Adobe's answer
is to use a tool from MS on XP Pro only...well I have XP home and I have medium
to low experience with tech issues. I don't want to mess with registry unless
I understand what I am doing. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey there, Mark -- I'm having the same problem over here! I, too, have XP
home, and also low to moderate experience with tech. experience. Make that
hardly any. :( Can you let me know if you find anything out about what's
going awry? Thanks, Stephanie (stephandsadie@comcast.net)
