:sad; When I'm on-line, all fields with "Flash Animation" has the QuickTime logo. I have the iMac OS X Tiger 10.4.10 1.83 GHz Intel Core Duo, 512 MB667 MHz RAM This has happened about four times. My "FLASH" feature vanished again. I don't understand why? When I go to MySpace I notice that anything that requires FLASH for an animated feature is replaced with the QuickTime Logo. Before, I would have to come to the "Adobe FLASH Download Center" and reinstall "FLASH." This time, when I download "Adobe FLASH 9" from here and close my browser, "Safari," I try to install, then come to the installation verification page that should show an animated installation success test with a flash animation to verify the installation. But It just shows a QuckTime Logo with a question mark in the center. = Q? I installed the the latest version of, "Adobe Reader." Do I need to install the latest "Adobe Acrobat Reader?" I did unsuccessfully tried to install "FireFox" as a new browser... Should I go to "Macromedia?" I don't know if I'm doing this correctly, but with my iMac I tried to "Uninstall" all "FLASH" from my Applications folder to the trash. Is this how a Mac program uninstallation works? I read on here something about the Mac OS X version is failing with FLASH 9. So, I do like I say above to remove FLASH from my Applications Folder to the trash and came here to retrieve an older version of "FLASH 8" I quit my browser "Safari" and try to install an older version, "FLASH 8" Just like the process of a successful FLASH installation check with a flash animation still shows a QuickTime logo with a question mark in the center. = Q? I installed the newest version of QuckTime 7 Pro a couple of weeks ago, but nothing with my FLASH animation has been affected until now. I'm sure the problem doesn't relate to QuickTime because I can still save QuckTime movie trailers and can still watch the trailers. I'm also failing to install "Shockwave Player." Am I at the right place? "Adobe FLASH" or should I use, "Macromedia FLASH?" "Macromedia DreamWeaver?" Is there a difference? I know I sound computer illiterate but I'm not, or I think I'm not? With the Mac and not a PC at least. I'm very intellectual and intelligent, so I pick up on things quickly and a natural puzzle solver. So helping me shouldn't be that much work... ~ D R E X E R ~
