When attempting to install Learning QuickBooks on Vista Ultimate I get the QuickBooks has stopped working message with the usual go find help popup. help! all of the tests work on this website. but whenever try to use it it does not work. I have Vista Business and the latest version of Mozilla (2.0.0.6). it won't work on IE either it stays a blank screen.. but the games on Shockwave.com work fine. ...more >>

At LEAST THEY SHOULD ADDRESS THIS PROBLEM PUBLICLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lord knows, you have to PAY TO TALK WITH ANY OF THEM. They do not offer telephone support for Flash player!!! What country are you working out of Adobe?? ...more >>

I'm running an HP XP media center with SP2 and IE7. Have all the latest updates. Uninstalled and reinstalled browser and Flash many times through many versions. Tried the bug fix mentioned in this forum. When on a page with flash video, ie. utube, myspace, etc., the browser still crashes...more >>

I'm using Mozilla in Redhat Linux 9. I'm trying use Macromedia Flash Plugin 9 , but I don't recall Mozilla crashing *quite* this often when viewing Flash content. What's happen? TQ...more >>

Every time I try and download the Adobe Flash Player, instead of having the yellow box show up as an option to click download file, or a box that shows up asking to download it, there is no box that shows up. there is just a box on the page that has an 'X' on the upper left hand corner of it. ...more >>
