I could not get player 10 to install in Vista 64 despite repeated attempts. It
would fail to load a .dll to a specific directory. After repeated attempts, I
realized the directory was never created by the installer. So, here's the deal:

From what I gather, Opera browser is not supported. But I wonder if anyone
has succeeded in installing Flashplayer in Opera. And if so, how was it done?

Flashplayer 9 does not work with Solaris 8 or 9 - there are missing libraries.
It woks fine with Solaris 10. Are there any plans to create a version of
Flashplayer 9 for the older releases of Solaris?

We have a Windows XP sp2 environment, with standard user accounts (no admin,
power or desktop admin) and admin accounts. We have rolled out the corporate

While some are able to use Disk Utility to repair permissions (plus the chmod
suggestion) for at least two users on this board, including myself on two
separate MacBooks, this is not working.:disgust;

I attempted to install the new build of Flash 9 onto my Power PC Mac (a G4
running OX 10.4.10). I received the following error messages:
"Error creating file: 1008:5, -5000 Access Denied Error"
"You do not have enough access privileges for this installation"

I am asking a question that I need help on IMMEDIATELY! Please, someone be a

Hi, I've just installed flash player 9 but when I go to a page that requires
