What is going on at adobe? I have aol and when I attempt to download flash 9
the screen just goes back to the disclaimer one showing "i agree to terms" - is
this a technical hitch by adobe rather than me - if so WHATS GETTING DONE?

My problem is similar, but perhaps a little different. I'm running the latest
XP with Comcast.net. The Fan is the name of the video player on Comcast.
Whenever I choose a video under The Fan it asks me to install Flash Player.
When I click to install, it proceeds with what appears to be an installation
sequence, and proudly announces that Flash Player has been successfully
installed. Then when I go back to The Fan and try to choose a video, it again
asks me to install Flash Player.

I am truly clueless when it comes to computers. I do know that I feel better
knowing that I m in good company when it comes to the flash player problem. I
am running vista. I (or at least my kids) can play u tube, but when it comes to
my work I cannot do anything because it keeps prompting me to install flash 9.0
or something like that. Is adobe doing anything to resolve this problem since
it seems to be a common one among average to above average users.
