FYI - the default security setting in Flash Player v9 must be Always ask
because when I Preview my content from Captivate v3 a Waning pops up.

Help! I have IE 6.0 and keep getting a messaging saying the wedsite is at
risk and won't let me download. Any Ideas on what settings in IE I have to

I, too, ran the Secunia scanner for unpatched software and found multiple
versions of Flash. Why doesn't Flash show up in the "Add Remove Programs"
Window? Why can't Adobe write an uninstall routine into new versions? I would

When attempting to install the flash player on my system, both the yum method,
and the rpm method seemed to work. But flash never played in my firefox
browser.

I have a problem with installing flash player 9. When I go to the download
centre there is no install button visible so I can't install it. (when I go to
the customer service screen that is blank too when I'm sure there should be
some phone numbers or web addresses there or something).

I would like to know if it just my computer or if other computers are having
the same problem where you download Flash Player 9 it says the the download is
complete but when you try and see a video a message comes up with 'you need

I taked to customer service on the phone today, and they are aware of the
problem with the new version. It apparently has to do with IE7. They told me
that the problem should be fixed by MID-September. If you have a later version
like 9.0.45 or earlier the player should be working.

I was looking for strange disk access under Windows Vista.
After using ProcessMonitor form Sysinternals, I saw Firefox seems to do many
acc?s to NPSWF32.dll
So If you let open a FF Web page, it access harddrive very often. So it may

Hey there
I have installed Macromedia Flash Player and it seems to be on Mute. I can't
hear any videos that load through flash player, and it may be a simple
solution, but I can not figure out how to take it off Mute.
Can any one help?
