asp.net:

The Image Tag can be give an ID. In the Form Load EVent you could call a
JavaScript Function. This Function Could set the SRC attribute of the
IMG Tag. Then Set a Timeout and Call itself after the Timeout. The Image
should reload itself except for the Browser cache. Worth trying.
