asp.net : VSS tutorial with asp.net

is there any tutorials or information on setting up Visual Safe Source for
asp.net out there? ive never worked with VSS before but have some revision
control experience with other apps (not great ones) so im looking for some
info on how to set it up and get started with it.. thanks!
