tell me how to send email via http string -- asp.net

Dear,

i want to send e-mail via http sting through browser address bar or can
hit this string via application and message submit to specific e-mail
with smtp authantication etc if need.

please guide me and

example:
(i type = http://mail.yahoo.com or http://mailto:contactfast@gmail.com
in browser address bar and email to that e-mail I.d. )

etc should i put port 8800 or 25 etc . please clarify.

...I will be highly appreciate of you if you help me to resolve it ASAP.

You can have the user invoke their default mail app by having a link, or
something, like <a href="mailto:contact@fsdfdsfds.com"/>.
