Does anyone know how, or where i can learn how to make pages like the ones
found on msn.com with videos? I am specifically interested in when you view
a video, the content to the right changes depending on which video is playing
(without clicking on new videos, the change is automatic) and sometimes
changes in the middle of a video.

There are a variety of things you can do. In this case, the system knows when
the stream ends, so it puts up different banners and starts new videos. If
you want to control images in the middle of a .wmv file, you can place in
hooks (you will see this as popups on some sites). I am not sure what tool
you would use to create these, but it is likely the Microsoft movie maker in
Windows XP is a good start, if you want it to go to this level of
interactivity.
