iis ftp : FTP connection
like " please make sure the folder name is valid and have permission to access". Anyone pls advise. Thanks Regards
Bernard, i tried using the command prompt , it say time out. It is anonymous login.

Have you login and access via command prompt ftp.exe ?

Any firewall / NAT in between ?

Bernard, i can't find any ftp log. There is a router in between but i

It keeps prompting me for user name and password although i put anaoymous login.

default ftp log path is %windir%/system32/logfiles/msftpsvcX/

if you using ftp.exe, you still need to enter
username as 'anonymous' and password as 'email@email.com' this is because ftp.exe don't auto connect as anonymous.
