iis ftp : FTP Isolated - no virtual directory?

Howdy!

I need to create virtual folders under isolated mode FTP server (IIS 6). MMC
does not show ANY folders under the isolate root folder!

virtual directory is 'hidden' by design... it is not displayed in directory
listing.
