iis ftp:
Hi,
I'm tearing my hair out here. Can't understand. Set up a Win2k3 server as a web server. Can FTP in using Isolation using AD. Used iisftp.vbs to set up the AD settings and it works. Goes to the users home directory. Can get files fine. Can't put or mkdir. Getting 550 - Access is denied. Any suggestions? I've even given the individual users full control of their home directory. Right click on the rule. Confirgure "rule name". then untick Read Only! WOOHOO Thank you! I got the same problem. The reason was a ftp publishing role on installed Microsoft ISA 2004 Firewall system on the same machine. There were set a write protection. your´re right. Stew, Willie and me are more than happy. Microsoft´s ISA and IIS works fine and you should feel free to fix all the other things and support the other guys.
