IIS 5.1 drops connection at multiple sessions

iis ftp:

I have Win XP SP2 with IIS 5.1 FTP service on server side and WIn XP SP2 with
IE on client side. When I start file transfer in one session, everything OK.
If I launch at the same time form same client 5-6 sessions, connection begins
to drop unexpectedly. Session limit is not exceeded, timeout set to 900 sec.

Do you get this problem when you ftp'ing on the XP machine itself ?
have you try from a decent ftp client other than IE ?

and I assumed you are aware 10 concurrent inbound connection for XP.
