iis ftp : How to disable ftp port

I am using WinNT 4.0 server, I am trying to disable FTP port but i can't find option to disable. Can anybody help me

The most effective way to do this is to use a firewall and close port
21. If you don't have a firewall, try disabling the FTP service :
