Copy data to web Server -- iis ftp

we have Internet web site (IIS5.0), it runs SQL Server
2000 and is in DMZ area.

Our local network consists of Intranet and many other SQL
servers.

I want to copy data to Internet web site on regular basis
from our network.

How do I do it ?

What data do you want to copy ? Web content or database content ?

If its the former I'd consider using a scheduled FTP job. To copy SQL
data there are a number of methods you can consider including
replication and DTS.
