We have installed two win 2000 servers in loadbalancing
mode. We place files for our partners on Node A and Node B
both. Our partner (over ftp) picked file from say node A
and deleted from there. How can I ensure that it should be
deleted from other node i.e. node B also. Is there any

You could ftp to a single staging server then use Application Center's site
server publishing module to push both servers. (app center costs would
apply) Another option would again use a single stage server but have a
script that monitors the FTP stage directory and when files come in use
robocopy (Resource Kit) to copy these files to all load-balanced machines
