Unable to FTP onto NT4 - errors in Event Log

iis ftp: Im getting the following 3 errors in the Event log when trying to FTP onto NT4 IIS4

The Open Procedure for service "ISAPISearch" in DLL "QPerf.dll" failed. Performance data for this service will not be available. Status code returned is DWORD 0.

AND

The Open Procedure for service "ContentIndex" in DLL "QPerf.dll" failed. Performance data for this service will not be available. Status code returned is DWORD 0.

AND

The Open Procedure for service "ContentFilter" in DLL "QPerf.dll" failed. Performance data for this service will not be available. Status code returned is DWORD 0.

HELP!

Anyway, I don't think this related to ftp. so what's your ftp problems ?
