iis ftp:
I have set up Microsoft FTP Service (Version 5.0) iis ftp how can I let
work mate upload but not delete file ? It must be anonymous login so no
password username ect.

Set NTFS permissions on the folder to allow write, but not delete or
modify for the anonymous account. Can cause issues if they try to
upload over the same name.
