iis ftp : How to use Ftp command to go through proxy

Hi,
My workstation is using windows Xp pro SP1. It's in a global LAN. Headoffice
has isa server. I like to access ftp site by using script, how do I do so
with proxy server running.

Proxy ? it should be transparent. you just connect to the server as it is.
