i have enabled the default ftp site using my IIS manager
on our win2k adv server with sp4.........

i want to configure it in such a way that users can only
log into our ftp site between 6pm to 7am.

You don't. It's not an option in the IIS manager. One of the
simplest ways would be to stop and start the services in a scheduled
task. Then the service is unavailable during those times.
