530 user xxx cannot login.

iis ftp:

Hi
i'm using iis6.0 on windows 2003 server.
i'm built over 12 ftp sites using the isolation without AD option.
i checked all the permissiom for the files i need to have access to.
what should i need to do to fix the login failure problem?
i've created a LocalHost\public under the home directory root i'm using
which is d:\inetpub\ftproot\ccftp\Localhost\public.
what should i do then?

what is the full error msgs ? home directory Inaccessible ?
if yes, check permission again, try filemon (sysinternals.com) to trace.
