Authenticate but can't transfer files

iis ftp: I installed the FTP service on one of my Windows 2003 Standard servers. I
can log into it from a command line (CMD) but as soon as I try to transfer a
file or do a listing, it hangs. If I try to connect to it with a web
browser, I get a window with the waving flashlight for 20 minutes and then
times out? Any ideas why this might be happening. I went with all the
defaults on the install. This server will be for internal use only,
trnsferring files from an AS400 to WinDome.

No idea. but you might want to check the ftp log file.
